Training and Human Resource Development

It’s a company policy to only recruit staff who have appropriate qualifications and work experience to carry out the work assigned to them. UNCT while recruiting makes sure that the person is competent and possesses the required skills either by qualification or work experience. This stringent verification, by proof of relevant documents and certificates ensures that all our personnel are competent and skilled, ready to undertake the most challenging assignments.

Upon appointment, before starting the work onsite, the recruited personnel are given induction training where they will be given basic job training which aims at developing, maintaining and improving the skills and knowledge base necessary to do an efficient job.
 

  
  
  
A module on Safety training is also imparted which emphasizes the need for accident precaution, prevention, and emergency response, which would eventually develop skills and precautions necessary for controlling and reducing the consequences of an accident. Safety training is compulsory for all employees. 

Besides these measures, for every candidate, the HSE policy is thoroughly explained and a handbook provided for reference.

All staff, for the first month of appointment will be put under a trained person to work, who will train the new recruit. Also the site supervisor gives training whenever necessary and monitors the progress been made by the new trainees. Once the supervisor feels that the new trainee is capable to carryout the job independently and as per client's requirement, he will allow him to do so.
